Alkyl naphthalene sulfonate dispersant synthesized by novel condensation process, featured by uniform MW distribution. Providing better adsorption stability on pesticide particles, and exceptional dispersion ability to copper based DF.

Features

SP-WG31 has excellent milling aid effect, which can significantly enhance the dispersibility. It also shows better adaptability to copper-based active ingredients from various sources such as 80% Copper hydroxide sulfate DF.

Naphthalene sulfonate dispersant with special hydrophobic group, when used in conjunction with polycarboxylate dispersant SP-WG36 on high content Copper based DF. The DF formulation will exhibit better dispersibility.

Challenges of Formulation

High content copper DE, the milling stage may release high-valency metal ions. Conventional naphthalene sulfonates are often inadequate in high metal ions condition, which leads to the formation of non-dispersed particles.

Solution

SP-WG31 exhibits significant milling aid characteristic in the production of high-copper content DF.
