1.Open Positions
Regional Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for business development and achievement of sales targets within the assigned region;
Develop and maintain key customers, distributors, and business partners;
Formulate regional marketing and promotion plans to drive product penetration;
Collect market intelligence and analyze industry and competitor trends;
Coordinate internal resources including technical and supply chain teams to provide customer solutions;
Manage regional sales teams and distributors when applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Agriculture, Plant Protection, Chemistry, International Trade, or related fields;
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the agrochemical industry;
Familiar with pesticides, adjuvants, formulations, or agricultural input products;
Strong business development and negotiation skills;
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally;
Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
2.Country Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall business operations and strategic development in the target country market;
Establish and maintain local customer, distributor, and partner networks;
Gain in-depth understanding of local regulations, registrations, and market demands;
Develop and implement annual sales plans;
Lead key account development and major project negotiations;
Enhance the company's brand influence in the local market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Agriculture, Chemistry, International Trade, or related fields;
Minimum 3 years of international business experience in the agrochemical industry;
Familiar with overseas agrochemical market operations;
Strong capability in independently developing international markets;
Fluent in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills;
Overseas working experience is preferred.
3. Export Order Management Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full-process follow-up of export orders, including production coordination, delivery schedule tracking, shipment arrangement, and export documentation handling;
Maintain efficient communication with sales, production, logistics and other related departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
Follow up on customer requirements and order execution status, and promptly handle any abnormal issues;
Prepare and review export-related documents, including PI, SC, packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, etc.;
Establish and maintain order records and related data statistics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, Chemistry, or related fields;
Minimum 3 years of experience in export order coordination or international trade operations;
Familiar with export procedures and basic international trade knowledge;
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently;
Experience in agrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing industries is preferred;
Good English email communication skills are required.
