SP-WG32 is a comb-like polycarboxylate dispersant with moderate hydrophobic groups and MW distribution contributed by controllable polymerization technology. This greatly enhances versatility of the dispersant and long-term stability of DF. London dispersion force generated by similarity of hydrophobic groups of SP-WG32 and the groups on active ingredient, and the force formed by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylate groups, imparting irreversible adsorption capabilities to particles during milling and drying process. The spatial hindrance effect of the long carbon chains in the polymer makes SP-WG32a high versatile DF dispersant.
