Description

SP-DF2222 is hyperbranched high-molecular dispersant with steric structure. It can promote the absorption of active components of drugs and not fall off at high temperature. The product can be used in combination with lignosulfonate to enhance the temperature resistance of formulations and suitable for low melting point actives.

Application

During the preparation of Dry flowable, it can significantly improve the temperature resistance of the formulation and reduce the risk of non-dispersed particles during the production process.

When dispersant SP-DF2222 used combination with polycarboxylates SP-DF2295, the dispersion efficiency of the adjuvant can be improved, e.g. in Dimethomorph 50, combining SP-DF2222 with SP-DF2295 cam reduces the dosage of adjuvant more than 35% compared to using SP-DF2295 alone.

Used in combination with the lignosulfonate SP-DF2209 in the Pymetrozine series DF, the dispersant SP-2222 shows significant grinding aid and improved dispersibility, e.g. with 60% Pymetrozine + dinotefuran DF, the grinding solid content can be increased from 30% to 50%, greatly improving production efficiency.
