In the middle of July, SINVOCHEM launched a much-anticipated team building activities at a peaceful and picturesque destination. This program encourages employees to temporarily set aside their day-to-day tasks and immerse themselves in activities, embracing the refreshing break from routine to bond with our colleagues outside of the office environment.



The activity began with an icebreaker for employees to break into cross-departmental groups, with each group identifying their team name and team look.






Floor curling is a fun team-building activity that involves using brooms to slide heavy stones along a smooth surface, trying to get them as close as possible to a target. This activity helps improve communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a group. It also encourages friendly competition and teamwork while having a great time together.
Tangram is a traditional Chinese puzzle game consisting of seven flat pieces that are put together to form a shape. It requires communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work together and complete the puzzle. Team members must work together to figure out how the pieces fit together and contribute their own ideas and perspectives to solve the puzzle.




The Aerobic drum team building activity involves participants working together as a team to create coordinated rhythms and movements using drumming techniques. This activity helps team members to improve communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, as they need to listen and respond to each other's drumming patterns to create a cohesive sound.




The one-day team building activity can't be summarized by a simple game, but can be defined as a spiritual journey. During the activity, we laughed, thought, worked hard and harvested, and these moments framed by the camera will become a vibrant page in our memory.
