Water Dispersible Granule Adjuvants

(Improves the Smoothness of Extrusion)

Dispersant SP-WG22 is a modified naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate sodium salt surfactant. Moderate MW adjusted by special polymerization process results in improved temperature resistance, reduced extrusion viscosity, excellent particle shaping and bright granular appearance.

Features

Reduces the viscosity and hardness of extruded granules, improves the smoothness of extrusion of WG such as Emamectin Benzoate WG, Nitenpyram + Flonicamid WG
The pale color of the product is favorable for requirement of pale colored WG
Imparts formulation with outstanding spontaneous dispersion in water

Dosage

1-5%

20% Nitenpyram + 10% Flonicamid WG

Challenges of Formulation

Combination of Nitenpyram and a water soluble active ingredient such as Flonicamid tends to become hard and sticky when making extrusion

Solution

Using Dispersant SP-WG22 can effectively solve the difficulties in granulation and the issue of becoming stick of active ingredient during extrusion
