Nicosulfuron 40

The difficulty in the preparation of Nicosulfuron 40 OD is the poor emulsification and dispersion, which tends to produce emulsions that fail to fully emulsify. By using the emulsifier SP-DD18, the emulsification is dispersed in water in a mist, with a small particle size and blue fluorescence, avoiding the production of creams.

Description

A fatty acid with long carbon chain was modified and formed a similar structure of Soybean oil fatty acid triglyceride, followed by a blend with fatty acid ester. SP-DD18 features good compatibility with triester originated from soybean oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil and other vegetable oil. About 15-20% dosage, SP-DD18 performs good stability in aging and forms smaller particle size of emulsion. Emulsion stability sustain in good under harsh condition like high electrolyte or temperature below 15°C.
