SP-OD488 is a polymeric surfactant with comb structure, copolymerized using unsaturated monomers. Its highly solvated side chain maintains the compatibility of the particles and continuous phase. At the same time, the high charge density of side chain enhances its multiple-point adsorption to particle surfaces. The product is designed to be used in combination with SP-OD422 Emulsifier to facilitate the grinding process and improve the stability of formulations.

Features

Exhibits excellent dispersion in vegetable oil and mineral oil, effectively reduces viscosity of OD system.
Improves long term storage stability, effectively reduces the risk of precipitation and sedimentation. Well control the particle size growth.
Milling aids, improving the production efficiency of OD.

Dosage:

1-3%

4% Nicosulfuron + 20% Atrazine OD

Challenges of Formulation

Issues such as precipitation, cream, crystallization and decomposition caused by various of factors such as fluctuation of AI, solvent and unsuitable emulsifier or dispersant used.
