Technical Discussions Focus on Formulation Stability, Scale-Up Production and Emerging Application Needs
As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing sustainable agrochemical formulation and processing technologies, SINVOCHEM successfully hosted the 2026 SINVOCHEM Agrochemical Formulation Technology Exchange Conference in Zhengzhou this June. The event brought together industry professionals to discuss practical challenges and emerging opportunities in formulation development, combining scientific insights with extensive field experience and application case studies.

Key topics included:
Formulation challenges associated with high-electrolyte systems, high-load formulations, highly water-soluble technical materials, low-melting-point technical materials, and unstable or degradation-prone technical materials;
The influence of changes in technical material manufacturing processes, crystal morphology, impurity profiles, and excipient quality on formulation stability;
Practical strategies for improving the stability and performance of oil dispersion (OD);
Process variations arising from equipment differences during the scale-up production of water-dispersible granules (WG) and dry flowables (DF);
Common manufacturing issues encountered in suspension concentrate (SC) and effective optimization approaches;
New formulation requirements driven by emerging application scenarios such as drone spraying and pesticide–fertilizer tank mixing, together with SINVOCHEM's experience in formulation optimization, process control, and efficacy enhancement.
To date, four similar events have been successfully held in China including Yangzhou and Xi'an city. Additionally, overseas technical seminars are promoted regularly in Thailand,Vietnam,Russia,etc. attracting broad participation from local formulators and industry partners worldwide.
