Dispersant SP-C08

SP-C08 is a high molecular weight polycarboxylate dispersant with high lipophilic group. SP-C08 can improve the multi-point adsorption with Emamectin benzoate and is not easy to be interfered by salt impurities, and the affinity between the active ingredient and water is greatly reduced.

Heat Resistance Test

Emamectin benzoate after change contain more salt impurity with low melting point, if the grinding temperature is too high, resulting in the dissolution of the impurities in the system, and the conductivity of the system will increase.

By testing the conductivity of the different formulation samples after grinding under different temperature conditions. It was demonstrated that there was no significant difference in the conductivity between SP-C08 formulation and the market benchmark formulation when the grinding temperature is around 30℃. When the grinding temperature was elevated over 40℃, there was a significant increase in the conductivity of the market benchmark formulation, whereas there was no significant change in the conductivity of the SP-C08 formulation.

Filtered the slurry after grinding, there was caking problem of market benchmark formulation. but the SP-C08 formulation did not suffer from the problem of caking caused by the melting of active ingredient.

It is shown that the dispersant SP-C08 has excellent heat resistance, low melting point impurities are not easy to melt.
